Returns Policy

If you would like to request a return you do this by:

• Emailing partsfinder@procycles.com.au stating the parts you want to return
  along with your order number.

Applications for Return of Goods can be submitted within 7 days from date of receipt, including a valid reason for Return.

The following parts and accessories will not be accepted for return:

• Incorrectly ordered parts by the customer
• Parts supplied from the Manufacturer’s backorder
• Parts currently on the Manufacturer’s Backorder
• All electric parts
• Glassware

If your request is approved:

• Part numbers on packaging must be undamaged
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged;
• Parts must be in brand new condition

Freight charges incurred in a return to Procycles will be paid by the customer.
