Are The Products Listed Online Readily Available?
Parts listed on our website are pending supplier or in-store stock.

Should an item need to be backordered from a supplier, we will of course notify you via email or phone. Backorders can typically take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer. If your order is on backorder and won’t be fulfilled within 2–3 working days, we’ll contact you as soon as you place your order to
let you know.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 AUD for each order. Shipping costs will be added to the order at the point of checkout.

Both Yamaha and Honda parts that are not in stock (and not on manufacturer backorder) will be dispatched from Procycles within 2–3 working days.

Some items may be in-store and can also be dispatched same day.
